The I.C.P.R. is an organization for people who are interested in the paranormal, and provides free services to people who are experiencing unexplained phenomena. We are not a religious organization. We do not use ouija boards, psychics, or conduct seances. We do not claim to be able to rid a location of paranormal activity. Our goal is to collect data and help those in need to better understand what is happening.

Paranormal activity is hard to predict. It may happen on a regular basis, or at random. Activity can be subtle, such as objects disappearing and then turning up in odd places, unexplainable cold or hot spots, or voices being heard when no one is around. In more extreme cases the activity can be more intense, such as doors opening and closing on their own, unexplained liquids appearing on the floor or leaking from the walls, objects moving on their own, or apparitions appearing.

This activity can occur with natural explanations. It is our goal to rule these causes out first. Some of this activity can also be symptomatic of a medical condition and I.C.P.R. encourages any one experiencing this type of activity to consult their medical doctor. This does not mean you are crazy, but medical conditions such as sleep paralysis, toxins, or other conditions need to be ruled out.

Second, we will interview you to get a better understanding of what is taking place. We will then conduct an on-site investigation using electronic equipment. Decisions regarding how to proceed following the on-site investigation are made on a case-by-case basis.
